Ingredients:
• 40g cold house-made chocolate syrup (see recipe on "Chocolate Syrup" recipe blog post
• 40g cold heavy cream
• 12oz. can cold seltzer water
Directions:
• Add chocolate syrup and cream to a 16oz glass. Swirl the two together vigorously in the glass.
• Add seltzer water to the top
• Be ready to drink the foam before it overflows
