"The Palmers"

This iced tea drink is named after American Golfer Arnold Palmer and typically uses a neutrally flavored black tea (we like Darjeeling or Breakfast Assam for this recipe) and a good quality lemonade. We've expanded on this recipe to also make an Annie Palmer using peach juice in place of the lemonade.

Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 teaspoons neutral flavored black tea (we like Darjeeling, Breakfast Assam or English Breakfast)
• 8 ounces boiling water
• Good quality lemonade (or peach juice for an Annie Palmer) or use homemade lemonade
• Ice

Instructions:
• Steep your tea in the boiling water for 5 minutes
• Strain and let the tea cool in the refrigerator
• Add cold tea to a 16 ounce cup
• Add 5 ounces lemonade or peach juice
• Top with 3 ounces of ice
