Yahara Scone Mix
Makes 12 scones
Easy to make scones are a simple crowd pleaser. All you need to do is add cream and a little vanilla to Yahara Scone Mix for light, fluffy scones.
Flavors
- Chocolate Chunk (6 oz of chopped Yahara Dark Chocolate)
- Cherry Nib (Dried tart Door County cherries and cocoa nibs)
Recipe
- Pour mix into a bowl

Add 1 1/4 cup cream

Add 1/2 teas. vanilla
- Mix until almost combined
- Turn onto a floured surface
- Gently work in remaining bits and divide in 2
- Press into 2 disks 1 inch thick
- Coat top with a thin layer of cream and sprinkle with sugar
- Divide each disk into 6 wedges
- bake at 425°, 10-12 minutes until top is golden
