Yahara Scone Mix

Makes 12 scones

Easy to make scones are a simple crowd pleaser.  All you need to do is add cream and a little vanilla to Yahara Scone Mix for light, fluffy scones.


  • Chocolate Chunk (6 oz of chopped Yahara Dark Chocolate)
  • Cherry Nib (Dried tart Door County cherries and cocoa nibs)


  • Pour mix into a bowl
  • Add 1 1/4 cup cream
  • Add 1/2 teas. vanilla
  • Mix until almost combined
  • Turn onto a floured surface
  • Gently work in remaining bits and divide in 2
  • Press into 2 disks 1 inch thick
  • Coat top with a thin layer of cream and sprinkle with sugar
  • Divide each disk into 6 wedges
  • bake at 425°, 10-12 minutes until top is golden
