  1. Our tea infused truffles begin with the best tea that is steeped in heavy cream.  The infused cream is mixed with 70% dark chocolate to create a creamy ganache.
  2. The ganache is allowed to setup and then hand rolled into a classic organically shaped truffle.
  3. Each ball of ganache is hand rolled in Yahara Made dark or milk chocolate chocolate twice to give a thin crisp shell.
  4. Order individually or in sets of 2 or 4.
  5. Can be combined with caramel hearts.

 

 

Truffles are made fresh for major chocolate holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

You can preorder and special order truffles for your occasion. Let us know 4 weeks before your event.
