Yahara Chocolate & Tea Truffles

1. Our tea infused truffles begin with the best tea that is steeped in heavy cream.  The infused cream is mixed with 70% dark chocolate to create a creamy ganache.
2. The ganache is allowed to setup and then hand rolled into a classic organically shaped truffle.
3. Each ball of ganache is hand rolled in Yahara Made dark or milk chocolate chocolate twice to give a thin crisp shell.
4. Order individually or in sets of 2 or 4.
5. Can be combined with caramel hearts.
