Experimental bar for April designed around a request for good bar to pair with beer.  Dark gluten free pretzel chocolate has been on more than one other wish list since the beloved version for Triangle Roasters Chocolate was last seen 4 years ago.   A pinch of smoked salted was added at the end for good measure.

Made in house by Yahara Chocolate & Tea in Stoughton, Wisconsin.  All chocolate is tempered, poured, and wrapped by hand in our downtown shop.
