Batch 1 - sweet and oaty
Batch 2 - chocolatey and oaty
Batch 3 - more of oatmeal with brown sugar flavor profile
Batches 1 and 2 have the same amount of sugar but different cacao to cocoa butter ratios.
Batch 3 changes the sugar to raw panela cane sugar from Colombia and increases the cacao percentage 2% to 51%.
