Our Wisconsin Milk 49% blended with Wisconsin native Mountain Mint (Pycnanthemum virginianum). The mint was wild collected from a restored prairie where fire maintains a natural habitat.
The mint adds an herbal oregano/sage flavor with a cool mint added into the flavor of the melting chocolate on your tongue.
