Maker's Notes:

Using fatalii peppers grown at Yahara Chocolate using compost from compostable packaging and kitchen scraps. The entire micro batch of 70 bars contains 3 dried fatalii peppers.

The chocolate starts oaty and chocolatey with hints of citrus. The spicy heat builds towards the end of the melt.

Death Wish Skulls add a locally grown mix of dried cayenne, jalepeño, and aji rico peppers for color and extra spice.  Each skull (14g) has .25 g of flakes and seeds. 

The Death Wish Skulls:

  1. Pepper flakes and seeds scattered into the molds
  2. A layer of Blood Moon oat chocolate
  3. More pepper flakes
  4. Topped with more Blood Moon oat chocolate
  5. Finished with a few more pepper flakes
