Maker's Notes:

Using fatalii peppers grown at Yahara Chocolate using compost from compostable packaging and kitchen scraps. The entire micro batch of 70 bars contains 3 dried fatalii peppers.

The chocolate starts oaty and chocolatey with hints of citrus. The spicy heat builds towards the end of the melt.

Death Wish Skulls add shop grown cayenne peppers for color and extra spice.  One dried cayenne pepper with seeds is used for every 12 skulls.

The Death Wish Skulls:

1. Cayenne pepper flakes and seeds scattered into the molds
2. A layer of Blood Moon oat chocolate
   
3. More cayenne pepper flakes
4. Topped with more Blood Moon oat chocolate
5. Finished with a few more cayenne pepper flakes
