We love spring in Central Chile when the trees are in flower. We have recreated this experience in this chocolate bar infused with Earl Grey tea. The result is a chocolate that is light, sweet, and extremely elegant, and balanced with chocolate and fruit notes of bergamot.
This chocolate won a Bronze Medal at the 2019 Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.
