Mission Chocolate Two Rivers 70% Dark Chocolate

Made with an exclusive blend of two exceptional Brazilian cocoas: one from the heart of the Amazon Forest, the other from the exuberant Atlantic Forest. The Rio Negro is dark and cold coming from the northern mountains in Colombia.  The Amazon is cream colored already many miles from the high Andes.  The waters refuse to mix for more than 3 miles after joining creating a two color river represented my the lighter color dark chocolate (Bahia, Atlantic Rainforest) and the darker color dark chocolate (Amazonian Forest).  This bar reveals the perfect balance between the aromatic strength of Amazonian cocoa and the fruity delicacy of Atlantic Forest cocoa: layers of flavor, deep notes and a velvety texture.
