From heirloom cacao grown in lush, mountainous terrain to a new generation of passionate bean-to-bar makers, Jamaica is quickly becoming one of craft chocolate’s best-kept secrets. In this guided tasting, we’ll explore a curated selection of rare and award-winning bars, learning the stories behind each maker and discovering what makes Jamaican cacao so distinctive.
