Made in El Salvador with all Salvadoran ingredients, Emily de Úrias works directly with the farmers to source her cacao from heirloom cacao trees.

Susana Cárdenas sources her cacao from Heirloom Nacional cacao trees from a single farm Tierra Hermosa.  She adds Ecuadoran ingredients to the back of her bars to create unique dark chocolate pairings.
