Chocolate maker Mark Gerrits makes chocolate in Santiago, Chile using Chilean ingredients added to cacao from Pangoa, Peru.  Embracing the Chilean culture, he has amazingly smooth vegan, white, milk, and dark chocolate with flavors from the Atacama desert in the north to Patagonia in the south.
