Raw panela is made from organic sugar cane. The sugar cane is cut by hand, pressed, and then gently dehydrated into crystals. This raw sugar in golden in color, smells fruity, and retains all its original minerals.
Packaged in 1 or 2 pound compostable bags. Bring your own container or ask for larger quantities.
