This bean gives a more solid texture to the chocolate (especially if compared to Purus. This is because the amount of cacao butter natural to the bean is less). The chocolate has a better-known flavor (genetic variety of this bean is present in other parts of the world). It has notes of nuts, sweet caramel and ripe fruits. It is the bar that generates the least controversy within the portfolio.
