Made at Yahara Chocolate, this slightly fruity dark chocolate is ground for 48 hours. These tempered chunk are suitable for baking, melting, and snacking. Once melted, tempered chocolate needs to be retempered to keep its texture and snap. Melted chocolate that isn’t tempered should be refrigerated to make it harden.
