Óbolo Chocolate is made in Santiago, Chile with cacao from the Pangoa Cooperative in Peru.
Part of Óbolo's Flavors of Chile chocolate series, this dark chocolate mixes in Chilean sea salt which has been harvested from the cold waters of the Humboldt Current for hundreds of years. The harvest salt is broken into fine grained crystals and mixed into the chocolate for perfect mix of rich, sweet, and salty.
