How to steep:
Long rinse with 200° water to open.  Let sit for a minute after rinse.  Can take awhile to really get going.  Or let the first steep be about 2 minutes.  Sweet bubblegum taste can almost be too light if not steeped long enough.  Hint of baking fruit pie in the aroma.


Notes:

Handmade Gong Mei (3rd grade) white tea from Fuding, Fujian, China aged for 6 years.

This tea is also great “Grandpa Style” which means put it in a thermos or pitcher and let in steep.  When you are ready, pour off half and refill with water.  You can do this over and over again all day.  Let the first steep sit at least 10 minutes.
