We produce chocolate locally in Saigon, with the finest selected trinitario cacao beans, which are purchased directly from planters, on an above fair trade price from different provinces of Vietnam, in the pure Belgian tradition.

Origin Ben Tre: wedged between the two main branches of the Tien Giang River, Mekong River Delt, this province is generally flat, with complex river systems, fresh water and alluvial soil. The chocolate original from this region has a complex aroma of mixed citrus and undertones shot through with a darkly bitter, hint of coffee.
