Using only organic ingredients and high quality chocolate from the Dominican Republic, Yahara Chocolate has created a deliciously smooth and slightly fruity dark chocolate bar.  This dark chocolate is base for our best selling Door County Cherry bar and is used in all our caramels, toffee, and bakery.

Do you want to bake with Yahara Chocolate?  We offer dark chocolate untempered blocks suitable for melting for the home baker.  Tempered chocolate is needed for baking chips or chunks and we offer Valrhona Feves by the pound for that.

Made in house by Yahara Chocolate & Tea in Stoughton, Wisconsin.  All chocolate is tempered, poured, and wrapped by hand in our downtown shop.
