We took the 2021 harvest of cacao from one of our favorite farms - Produits Des Iles SA (PISA) - and developed a new roast profile and sweetness to highlight this new harvest. This bar brings the fruit and rich nuttiness we loved from PISA’s 2020 harvest together with gentler, sweeter flavors.
